Q:	What happens if there is more than one Insured on the policy?
A:	A condition appears in the liability sections of your FlyCovered policy wording. It states that each Insured under these sections are considered as third parties to the others and as such they are both entitled to protection, separately. For example, an aircraft that is owned by more than one party, which is involved in an occurrence where one part owner is piloting the aircraft and another part owner travelling as a passenger at the time, such passenger would not necessarily receive the protection under the passenger liability section as they are a part owner of the aircraft. This particular condition, however, extends cover in a number of ways and in this situation will ensure that any part owner travelling as a passenger in the aircraft, will receive the same level of protection as would any other passenger. The total liability of the insurer shall not exceed the applicable limits as shown in the Schedule, less any applicable deductible.
