Q:	Can I change the sum insured for my public liability cover?
A:	Yes. During the application process we offer you the minimum required liability cover. This is based on the aircraft's maximum takeoff weight, number of passenger seats and type of use. You can increase the liability cover up to £15,000,000 at that time or after you have purchased the policy. The change can be made through your FlyCovered account. Log in to your account, go to MANAGE MY POLICY, select Manage aircraft where you can select the required Public Liability cover. Found In Ground Cover+ On Demand Frequent Flyer
Q:	Can I choose a different PIN number after I have purchased a policy?
A:	Sorry no. We ask you to keep the same PIN number you were allocated when you purchased your policy. If you forget your PIN we can send you a PIN reminder. From the Booking Page select - 'Forgot PIN' we will send a reminder to the email address linked to your account. You will receive the reminder in a couple of seconds. Q:	How do I know the number of Ground Cover+ or On Demand Insured Flying Days I have available?
A:	The number of Insured Flying Days you have available are always shown in your FlyCovered account. Log on and select FLIGHT PLANNER, they are shown in the bar above your calendar. They are also shown on your latest Certificate of Insurance and in the the My Documents section of Manage My Policy. If you need more days you can purchase them by selecting BUY DAYS. Q:	How do I know the number of policy Days I have remaining on my Ground Cover+ or On Demand to use my Insured Flying Days?
A:	The days remaining on your policy are always shown in your FlyCovered account. Log into your FlyCovered account and select FLIGHT PLANNER, you will find them in the bar above the calendar, along with the number of Insured Flying Days you have remaining in your account and the policy days you have remaining to use them. The remaining number of policy days and Insured Flying Days are also shown on your latest Certificate of Insurance and in the the My Documents section of Manage My Policy. Q:	What is the minimum and maximum number of Insured Flying Days I can book on a Ground Cover+ policy?
A:	The minimum term is one day, if you purchase and book one day on the same day you need flight cover for, the cover will end at 23:59 Hours (Local Time At Your Address) the same day. The maximum term is the number of Insured Flying Days you have purchased and are available in your account. Found In Ground Cover+
Q:	What is the maximum number of aircraft I can have on one policy?
A:	On a new policy we can quote on and cover a maximum of 3 aircraft. If you have more than 3 aircraft you can take out another policy or add the additional aircraft to your policy following your initial purchase. Found In Ground Cover+ On Demand Frequent Flyer
Q:	What is the minimum and maximum number of Insured Flight Days I can book on a Pay-As-You-Fly policy?
A:	The minimum term is one day, cover will end at 23:59 Hours (Local Time At Your Address) on the booked day. The maximum term is the number of Insured Flying Days you have available on your account. If you book a period of continuous days, cover will end at 23:59 Hours (Local Time At Your Address) on the last day. Should you book one day on the same day you need flight cover for, cover will end at 23:59 Hours (Local Time At Your Address) the same day. Found In On Demand
Q:	How do I report my flying hours in the proposal?
A:	We need to know the total hours each pilot that will be named on the policy has logged on the category of aircraft being insured, Ie Total hours on all Fixed-Wing aircraft. Then the number of hours each pilot has logged on the class of aircraft being insured, Ie Single Engine Piston (SEP) Multi Engine Piston (MEP) Single Engine Turboprop (SET). Hours on each class count and they can be added together to provide the total number of hours logged. We also need to know if any pilot has under 10 hours logged on the aircraft, model and variant being insured. NOTE: Should you have hours on non powered gliders these cannot be include. Q:	How many pilots can I name on my FlyCovered policy?
