Drones are unpredictable but our claims service isn't. If something goes wrong we're here for you 24/7 to help resolve your claim as quickly as possible.


Please let us know as soon as reasonably practicable of any event likely to give rise to a claim under this policy. You do this by contacting our loss adjusters Leading Edge Assist whose contact details are:

In all cases we will need the following information :

  • Your Policy Number.
  • The Drone or Equipments serial number.
  • We will need full particulars of the event and the subject of a claim.

What happens next?
When you call our Aviation Claims Helpline they will provide you with all the information you may need to help us deal with any claim.

During the claim process they will need :

  • Any letters or documents relating to the claim;
  • Notice of any impending prosecution or civil action;
  • We may need you to provide additional information and assistance during the claim process.
